This class will teach you the basic skills to efficiently chop up any veggie that comes across your path. Discover how to properly use a boning knife, chef’s knife, paring knife and slicer. You’ll learn how to properly hold and take care of your knives. Practice your skills by preparing a meal with your chef. You will make vegetable stock, arugula and citrus salad, tomato bruschetta with basil oil and homemade ricotta along with easy minestrone soup.
Note: You must be at least 16 years old.
