Enjoy a fun chocolate tasting as you learn about the history of this amazing product and the basics of making it yourself! Discover the culture and past of the bean.
You will make basic chocolate dipping and scrumptious homemade marshmallows. Your chef will explain how tempering works and teach you the right techniques. Chocolate tasting is a requirement for this class (thank goodness)! You will be ready to go home and teach others to make delicious and cute chocolates with you in the kitchen.
Note: You must be at least 16 years old.
