Discover how to properly shape your dough and add fillings to your ravioli. Learn to seal the dumplings well to avoid disasters while cooking.
You’ll be cooking with picked up that day at a local farmer’s market. Learn tips to on how to spot the freshest ingredients. Enjoy some sampling in class and bring home techniques to spice up your recipe rolodex!

Stefano De Lorenzo is a chef from Cortina d-Ampezzo in Northern Italy. His restaurant, La Botte, was awarded a Michelin star in both 2008 and 2009.
