Forget the dry and crumbly loaves of bread in your fridge or cupboard. This class will teach you how to make delicious, fresh artisanal breads with wild yeast.

You will make wild yeast culture, sourdough starter, sprouted wheat, classic whole grain sourdough bread, sprouted wheat boule and hazelnut fig loaf. The class will teach you about yeast, fermentation, hydration and extraction. Make sure you bring containers with you, so you can take home some of the great breads you create.
