The menu for this class includes pate brisee (pie crust), quiche lorraine and roasted tomato and ricotta quiche. The chef will take you on a journey to a local farmer’s market to find the best ingredients. You will learn how to shop for the right seasonal produce with a pro. You will also learn how to plan your recipes and how to make meals ahead of time. Then, you will return to the kitchen to make delicious tarts and quiche.
