Israeli martial arts, typified by the eclectic style of Krav Maga, are designed to be fast moving and brutally effective. Elements are drawn from a variety of styles such as judo, jiu jitsu, and karate, forming a “reality-based” approach to self-defense that cuts down on the frills.
