Israeli martial arts, typified by the eclectic style of Krav Maga, are designed to be fast moving and brutally effective. Elements are drawn from a variety of styles such as judo, jiu jitsu, and karate, forming a “reality-based” approach to self-defense that cuts down on the frills. It also puts an emphasis on defense against a variety of weapons, including knives and guns.

The academy’s knowledgeable instructors are dedicated to developing capable and confident students,

and will help you pick up basic elements through stand-alone drills and partner exercises.

You’ll also get a great workout with calisthenics, practice other body conditioning exercises, and experience going head to head against opponents during controlled sparring sessions.
