Appropriate for both experienced competitors and first-timers, this grappling class will improve your self-defense techniques while teaching you new fitness methods you won’t soon forget. You’ll learn moves in isolation, working through the nuts and bolts -- then, once you feel comfortable, you’ll get to put them to practice with live sparring!
You will very quickly realize that that which you desire is well within your grasp.
