Or maybe we should say "No-Gi Whizz" for this one, because you're going to suit up in whatever gym clothes strike your fancy.
With the help of an expert instructor, you'll learn top-rate grappling skills that transcend martial-arts styles. You'll learn extremely valuable skills, all while getting a great workout. The moves will start out simple, at half-speed and in isolation, but you'll soon put them all together with live sparring.
Whether you're looking to compete in a sanctioned match, or you want to be able to defend yourself in a pinch, you'll certainly have a handle on the situation.
Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only. This class is not recommended for beginners.
