Sometimes you want to be able to defend yourself with more than just your hands and feet. In this class, you'll learn the ancient art of fighting with sticks and knives. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will practice proper stances, footwork, thrusts, slashes, and defensive maneuvers. You'll also practice weaponless hand to hand combat. As you train, you'll gain speed, strength, and the confidence that comes with knowing that you can defend yourself in a real life situation.
