    Dutch Style Kickboxing

    We have so much to thank the Dutch for - tulips, chocolate, Vincent Van Gogh…. ...let’s add another thing to the list: kickboxing! What makes Dutch-style kickboxing different? It fuses Japanese kickboxing with Muay Thai, and incorporates certain techniques not used in other forms of kickboxing, such as clinches. In this all-levels, seminar-style class, you'll learn these unique moves and techniques, as well as the tried-and-true basics of kickboxing, such as strikes, footwork, thrusts, and punches. Your expert instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises, including cardio, pad work, partner drills, and optional light sparring.
