    T'ai Chi (55 min)

    Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals (Online)

    Get your kicks at this fundamentals Jiu Jitsu class! Heroes Martial Arts aims to please with this offering that is open to all ability levels. With the help of an expert instructor, you'll learn the basics of jiu jitsu, including throwing, countering, chokeholds, and submissions. You'll start simply before putting your moves to the test with live sparring sessions. You'll also quickly realize that getting a full body workout and having a great time are not mutually exclusive! You'll make new friends who have a similar interest: jiu jitsu! Once participating in a pod a student may not change a pod for a period of at least three weeks. No member of a pod should be forced to train with another member of a pod that they do not feel comfortable with for any reason, and it has been expressed by more than a few that testing is what gets them to that comfort level.
