Cancellation Policy
There is a minimum 24 hour notice to rebook any regularly scheduled group activities. No refunds or credit are giving if cancelled within that time. In some cases, you may be allowed to rebook your lesson up to 48 hours before the commencement of the lesson. Lessons may be rebooked to another time slot for a 10% rebooking fee. There is no credit given for lessons cancelled within 24 hours. There will be no credit for pre-paid activities cancelled by the customer.
