This meditative session will introduce you to Kundalini Yoga, the meditation of awareness. You’ll be working through a variety of forms and motions designed to help the body function, strengthening your nervous system in order to bring you closer to your true, divine self.
These sets, combined with associated breathing exercises, are meant to help clear your mind and set your intention, relieving stress and filling you with positive intention. In addition to a truly relaxing practice, you’ll learn about the culture and theological aspects behind the practice, including insights into the body’s eight chakras, which are viewed as distribution centers for bodily energy.
