You’ll start this saucy class with a Pilates based sensual warm-up. Heat things up as you go into sultry transitions, beginner pole spins, basic climbs, and fun, sexy choreography.
Amanda keeps class sizes small to ensure that you’ll be safe as you spin and you get plenty of attention. They foster an environment designed to build your confidence and give you a great workout no matter your no matter your size, shape, or age.

- Develop a pole dance foundation, including all the moves you will need to advance into subsequent higher levels of pole
- Practice your moves in a safe and supportive environment with your knowledgeable instructors: Amanda Furgiuele and Leslie Chen

AMANDA FURGIUELE - Amanda began teaching fitness in 2001. From co-leading rock climbing, kayaking, and caving expeditions, to teaching collegiate level competitive fencing, and participating in just about anything and everything–martial arts, dance, yoga, pilates, ice climbing, skydiving, canyoning, and a million other health adventures–Amanda LOVES showing her students that FITNESS CAN BE FUN!
