Feel like you’d like to express yourself with your fists? You could try to paint with your knuckles, but maybe you should just take up boxing.

Boxing is one of the all time great combat sports, dating back to thousands of years. It combines strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and smarts. It’s also a tremendous physical exercise that will shred calories and sculpt your body into a lean, mean fighting machine.

With American Top Team Aventura, you’ll work with respected coaches to learn the ropes, including ring work, conditioning and sparring. Practice your right hooks and jabs on heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, and water bags under the guidance of a discerning eye. Even if you’re not a beginner, you’ll find a home here alongside many veteran boxers.

After you’re finished with this class, you won’t be able to wait to introduce opponents to your two little friends: lighting and thunder.
