Muay Thai is a combat sport that focuses on devastating strikes using the hands, feet, elbows, and knees. Those are the eight basic points of contact that give this fast-moving style its nickname. This class will teach you all the basics of strategic kicks and punches to defeat your opponent. Plus you’ll gain experience in clinch fighting, a stand-up grappling style used to limit the effectiveness of an opponent's attacks, including those with hand-held weapons.
