You’ll explore the the rejuvenating powers of simple breathing during this low-key class. Following a few warm-ups, you’ll practice traditional Chinese Buddhist Qigong exercises, which utilize slow-flowing movements and deep breathing to circulate positive energy throughout the body.

Afterwards, your guide on this meditative journey will walk you through a variety of techniques to clear and refocus the mind. You’ll then end with a relaxing session of silent meditation. Meditation has been shown to provide many health benefits, including balancing emotions and reducing stress, and improving digestive functions and cellular repair.
