We’ve all seen the amazing routines of aerial hoops in the Cirque du Soleil. Well, those types of moves aren’t just for professionals anymore! In this sultry and sexy class, you’ll learn basic skills and conditioning that will gradually progress into choreographed sequences. Build strength, flexibility and endurance by learning flips, turns, rolls, poses and transitions between positions. Before you leave you’ll be pulling moves so hot you’ll set the ring on fire!
