This course will help you bring the color and taste of fresh homemade pasta to your kitchen. You will make colorful spaghettis, gnocchi, ravioli and even lasagna from scratch and learn to combine them with different classic and original sauces. In the first lesson you will create simple, colored pastas including Tagliatelle, Spaghetti and Farfalle with typical sauces like Pomodoro BasÃlico, Carbonara, and Genovese Pesto. In your second lesson you will work on filled pastas such as Ravioli, Panzotti, Agnolottis, and Cappelletti's with Potenza, Green Sauce, and Cream Caviar Sauce. In your third lesson you will make 3 varieties of Gnocchi with Scarparo, Four cheeses, and Fresh Basil sauces. And for your final class you will perfect rolled and filled pastas like Cannelloni and Lasagna with a simple White Sauce. Step away from the Ragu, and learn how to make pasta the grown up way.
