In the second lesson you will focus on tarts and pies to create a strawberry tart, pear almond tart, and chocolate and dulce de leche tart. In the third lesson it's time for cookies, so you will be creating coconut cookies, oat and honey cookies, chocolate chips cookies, ginger cookies, and marmalade cookies. By the fourth lesson it is time for crèmes and mousses, so get ready to try your hand at créme brûlée, chocolate mousse, and passion fruit mousse. Leave this class with a lot of new recipes, trained experience under your belt, and a pile of tasty treats your friends and family will be overjoyed to try.
