About this Activity
There’s no better way to release the stress of the week than with an exciting, attitude packed hip-hop dance class. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will learn the essential moves that make up a hip-hop choreography routine, including popping, locking, and executing different body isolations. Hip-hop is a full body workout, so don’t be surprised when you start toning up your legs, core, shoulders, and arms -- all at the same time! You will also improve your coordination, musicality, and confidence on the dancefloor and off.
