This combo class will get you moving. The Bringing Sexy Back portion of the class will focus on dance moves that keep you on your feet, while Bump ‘n Grind puts you (and the jaws of anyone watching) on the floor. Both techniques will allow you to explore and develop your own sensuality, while building your strength and flexibility. By the end of this class, you’ll have learned and practiced a whole slew of new dance moves that you can work into your pole dance routine. Sexy isn’t going away anytime soon.
