Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art that combines the athleticism of martial arts and acrobatics with the rhythms of cultural music and singing. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will learn the essential sweeping kicks, dramatic dips, and even flips that make up a performance. As you go, you will build incredible strength, flexibility, endurance, and power. Although it is not a self-defense class, those new skills will all combine to make you better at physically defending yourself. Come get an incredible workout that is also a unique cultural experience.
