Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in multiple different ways. Uncover the tools to force any opponent to submit by wrestling on the ground for positions of dominant control. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will learn to use throws, joint locks, and chokeholds to overcome opponents of any size, strength, and aggression. As you train, you will drastically improve your strength, endurance, coordination, and the confidence that you can defend yourself in any situation.
