Known as the sweet science, boxing is one of the most effective combat sports because of its movement, combinations, and mastery of distance and hands. In this introductory class, you will learn the classic fighting style with pad work, speed and heavy bags, light partner sparring and intense cardio to keep you light on your feet in the ring. Your professional boxing instructors fully understand the sport and are ready to take a personal approach to making you stronger and more mentally prepared. As you work hard you will become more complete than ever in your boxing and self-defense game. This is your goal!
