Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is an art with no boundaries. In this introductory class, you will learn a combination of any and all martial arts used together to make a winning style: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, grappling, among many others. You will practice your technique with pad work, fielding bags, partner sparring and high intensity cardio to ensure you stay standing in the octagon. Your professional MMA instructors fully understand the sport and are ready to take a personal approach to making you stronger and more mentally prepared. As you work hard you will become more complete than ever in your MMA and self-defense game. This is your goal!
