Get some release and improve your health through the sport of kickboxing. Kickboxing is a unique combination of martial arts that is historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Focused on kicking and punching, this martial arts hybrid is used for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. What does this mean for you? Whether you’re looking to get fit, fight off attacks, or get in the ring on a regular basis, you’ll develop the skills you need and gain just what you’re looking for in this heart pumping class.

All levels welcome. Class intensity level is moderate to intense. You will receive 3 free days of classes that starts the date of the class you sign up for. You will need to bring a valid Florida state driver's license.
