About this Activity
With a busy schedule, your head can start to feel cluttered and overwhelmed by all of your responsibilities. Take time out of your busy, stressful week to clear your thoughts and engage in an hour of silent meditation. Along with other conscientious meditators, you will sit, relax, and work to clear your mind of unnecessary and unpleasant thoughts and feelings. Through meditation, you will find yourself feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and centered. Become more energized and better prepared to take on the curve balls that life throws at you.
