During this high-energy class, you'll find yourself in a rewarding and supportive environment headed by an instructor that knows how to have fun and keep you moving as you dance along to some of the best beats in the world. You'll work on a variety of moves targeting various muscle groups, with the intent to tone your body and get you into tip-top cardio shape.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that you'll also be learning some hip new moves to break out the next time you find yourself on a dance floor.
