    Take advantage of the Vitor Shaolin Beginner's Special Trial Program. This is a two class trial in which you will pair up with one of the highly regarded instructors, in a one-on-one setting. Have your own private lesson as you go over the basic techniques used in mixed martial arts, a fighting style that uses both striking and grappling moves, both standing and on the ground. Once you are feeling comfortable with the basics, engage someone else in a friendly sparring match to test your new found skills. If you have ever had the slightest thought that you'd like to try mixed martial arts, or even had the feeling like you want to try something new, this is the ideal class for you!
