    Mixed Martial Arts Strikes: Punches & Kicks

    There's an art to punching and kicking -- it's not just wildly flailing your limbs and hoping you land something! If you want your strikes to have a striking impact, check out this class influenced by kung fu, san shou, muay thai, and boxing! You'll focus on proper striking techniques using your hands, feet, elbows, AND knees -- how's that for versatility? Through learning fundamental offensive and defensive skills along with stances and footwork, you'll improve your overall physical strength.
