    Stand Up Paddleboard Intro

    (1)
Stand Up Paddleboarding is a real before-and-after proposition. What do we mean by that? Well, here's the before: After a short instructional session on land, you'll nervously paddle out to the water and try to stand. You'll hope none of your classmates or anyone on shore are watching as you try to steady your wobbling legs, wondering to yourself if you're on the paddle right. You'll probably fall in. And here's the after: You'll glide through the water in style, feeling the strength of your arms, back, and core propelling you and your board forward. You may engage in some mild styling for the folks on shore, and you'll handle turns and reversals with ease. This will all be by the end of your first lesson. And maybe at the end of the day, you'll take a look at your bulging biceps and six-pack abs and think "When did I get those?"
