You’ll be in the qualified hands of a knowledgeable insider and fellow foodie, who will introduce you to some of the best culinary hot spots, many of which you won’t find in a guidebook. You’ll be filling up on samples that on past tours has included seafood gumbo, red beans and rice, beef brisket with creole sauce, jambalaya, muffalino, gelato, turtle soup, and shrimp arnaud.

In addition to a number of hole-in-the-wall establishments that will instantly charm you, you’ll check out two of New Orleans’ most renowned restaurants, Antoine’s and Tujague’s - each of which has been around since the mid-19th century! Along the way, you’ll learn the difference between creole and cajun, get a roux cooking demonstration, and learn about the history and culture of this food-lover’s paradise.
