Think you couldn’t possibly be any more jazzed about your trip to New Orleans? This 2-hour walking tour might have you singing a different tune!

You’ll explore the city’s place of prominence in the history of jazz music, visiting sites in both the French Quarter and the Central Business District.

You’ll step back in time to the early 20th century when jazz music was on the rise, while stopping by some of the city’s great jazz venues of the past and present. Included among the stops are the Roosevelt Hotel’s renowned Sazerac Bar, where you’ll take a mid-tour break, and the Little Gem Saloon, where the tour will complete.

During your walk, a local guide and storyteller will enhance the experience with anecdotes of some of the jazz greats, including the iconic Louis Armstrong, who grew up on the 400 block of South Rampart.
