You'll start with Qi Gong, a practice that combines breath, simple movements, and mental focus to promote and sustain deep healing in body, mind, and spirit.

Then you'll move on to Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a gentle martial art form taught as movement meditation. You'll learn a sequence of movements to help you strengthen and tone muscles, joints, and bones; relieve stress; improve balance and concentration; and promote general well being and calm.

Get ready to heal your mind, body and spirit!
