    Partner Acrobatics

    "Cirque du Soleil can't be that hard." Actually, try for yourself. Join Aerial Arts NYC and test yourself in an intensive session of partner acrobatics. You'll learn how to balance on your feet, shoulders, and hands... while on top of your partner. If that's not challenging enough, you'll progress to basic gymnastics tumbling, like front/back rolls, handstand rolls, and back extensions, to improve your body awareness. You can then advance to more challenging balances, mounts and pitches. Now, you don't need to feel bad if you happen to jump on your partner. It's just acrobatics.
