    Ithaca is Gorges and Waterfall Tour

    What's up with Ithaca? Find out during this four-hour guided exploration! You begin by spending the morning on a driving tour of the city, visiting four different waterfalls, and exploring the gorges carved out by two waterways bordering the Cornell University Campus, Fall Creek and Cascadilla Creek. Highlights include a crossing of the 138-foot Cornell Suspension bridge, and a visit to Ithaca Falls in city's downtown. Following the morning portion of the tour, you'll head off to hike the Robert Treman Park, making your way through a scenic gorge that offers flagstone stairs, bridges, and more incredible waterfalls. You'll find the hike to be suitable for beginners and family friendly, appropriate for children as young as six. Throughout the day, your local guide will also offer insights into the area's human and natural history. And following the hike, you'll head to Purity Ice Cream for homemade ice cream sandwiches.
