Now that you’re a little older, those tightened muscles need to release tension, so, when you stretch your hammies, it better be the right way. During this Aerial Arts NYC class, you’ll learn proper posture and placement to stretch your muscles, moving through the spine and engaging the core. Releasing tension and increasing flexibility in the arms, legs, back, and everything in between, you’ll work your way to a more agile and better feeling body.
