Did you know boxing’s one of the oldest sports in existence? The simple art of fighting another person never gets old, apparently. Interested in punching like Tyson? Floating like Ali? You can learn it all with the help of Boxing for All. This class teaches you boxing fundamentals such as punches, footwork, and blocks. To get to Tyson’s level, you’ll practice conditioning and cardio drills with bag work, focus mitts, and glove-to-glove interaction. Afterwards, you will be punching for more because you'll feel fit, and ready to take on the world.
Note: All equipment is included. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
