Sick of the same boring gym exercises? Then it’s time to give Fitness Fight Camp a shot. By focusing on calisthenics, High Intensity Interval Training, and Muay Thai Kickboxing, a combat sport hailing from Thailand, you’ll get the workout of a lifetime in a fun and motivational group setting. Never become bored with this routine as the adapted fight and partner drills are constantly changing! Also, through the intimate class structure, you’ll have all the one-on-one attention and individual customization of a personal trainer as well. So get ready to burn fat, build strength, improve your endurance, and get fit. After a few classes, you won’t ever need the gym again!

About the Teacher
Laurel Holloway is an active Muay Thai fighter (WKA -138.6 New York State Title Holder, 2012 TBA-SA Muay Thai Classic Lightweight Champion, 2011 IKF World Classic 130lb Champion, and 2010 WKA National and World 132lb Champion) as well as a NASM certified Personal Trainer. She has been involved in and passionate about fitness for 7 years, including strength training, running, cycling, yoga and mixed martial arts. Ben Hernandez has trained in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kun Do, and Kali for several years. He also is an active runner and cyclist, completing several half NYC, Northface marathons and 2 marathons in Disney and in San Francisco. He has been involved as a mentor for Team in Training, and is currently pursuing his personal training certification.
