About this Activity
Focus on improving strength and flexibility as you build the power, speed, and air awareness necessary to perform floorwork with grace and ease. Through an eclectic fusion of elements of Capoeira, acrobatics, and contemporary floor work techniques, you will learn to develop your “floor flow” with confidence. You will increase your flexibility, strength and coordination as you train and condition your muscles through cardiovascular and strength training movements. Explore the science behind coordinating and contorting your body, whether you’re trying to live out your childhood acrobatic dreams or simply looking for a fun, healthy addition to your fitness regimen.
