Trying to decide between a dance, martial arts, or fitness class? Who says you can’t have them all?

During this trial class, you’ll get your first taste of the Brazilian martial arts style of capoeira. This mesmerizing art form incorporates elements of combat, acrobatics, dance, and music into a single entity, and can even be used to play games!

You’ll be introduced to a few of the basic kicks, escapes, and acrobatics needed to “play” capoeira. You’ll also reap the full benefits of spending time in Capoeira Brasil’s state of the art training center, a supportive and energetic location to further your study and workout gains.

And let’s talking about those gains: in addition to being both a self-defense technique and art, capoeira also provides practitioners with a highly effective fitness regime, toning the body, strengthening the core, and boosting motor control to incredible levels as they learn to execute its breathtaking maneuvers.
