This introductory class combines many traditional elements of boxing with recent developments in fitness.

You’ll learn basic boxing techniques like punching, defense, and footwork for a body-sculpting workout that is actually fun!

With the staff’s combined resume of over 300 fights, you can be sure that you’re learning from the experts.

Note: This is a trial class for first-timer students only. Drop in/day passes are available for $30. Comfortable clothing and sneakers recommended.
