You'll be taught the basic techniques of muay thai boxing, while increasing your muscle definition, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning for a total mind and body workout. Taught by experienced muay thai champions, this class is ideal for both the amateur and the professional level student looking to advance in the sport. In just one workout, you'll have more energy, feel younger and improve your overall heart strength!
Note: Each booking must be for only 1 person. This is a trial class for first-timer students only. Drop in/day passes are available for $30.
