Cruise capacity has been reduced to at least 50% and assigned ‘zones’ or ‘tables’ are assigned for social distancing. Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a facial mask. Hand sanitizers are available throughout your experience and contactless transactions are enabled for ticket purchase and check-in. Guests and CHL crew showing apparent symptoms will be turned away. A mandatory health questionnaire regarding COVID-19 will be given to all prior to boarding. Additionally, CHL Crew will have temperature checks prior to working daily.

NYC requires guests 5 and older to provide proof of vaccination for indoor dining settings. Accepted forms of proof include: the Excelsior Pass, the NYC COVID Safe App, a CDC Vaccination Card, or the NYC Vaccination Record. If a guest has received the vaccine outside the U.S., they must have an official immunization record that includes their first name and last name, DOB, Vaccine product name (only vaccines authorized by the WHO are acceptable), Date(s) administered, and the site where the vaccine was administered, or name of the person who administered it.
