    Rock Island Lighthouse Tour

What you see is what you get during this tour of the St. Lawrence River. Of course, that means a lot more when you're sitting pretty in a glass-bottomed boat, or scanning the river from atop a historic lighthouse! Hop aboard the Night Heron, where you'll enjoy incredible looks at the Thousand Islands archipelago from both the surface of the water and below. Peer through the glass-bottom of your vessel to discover how underwater life abounds in the clear, cool waters of the river. Arriving at Rock Island, you'll have one hour to explore on your own, where the grounds of a mid-19th 19th century lighthouse still stand, perfectly intact. You can climb the lighthouse tower, check out the keeper's home (now a museum), and/or visit other preserved buildings in the historic complex. How illuminating!
