The spiralizer will be your tool to create a zucchini pasta and the blender to make an easy raw marinara, both perfect additions to this health supportive meal. You will then review ingredients for flavor and texture profiles used and discuss options to substitute for variety when creating at home. Each person will have the opportunity to have a hands-on experience with tools and creating the burgers!

No experience is required! All the equipment and ingredients are provided, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This is a casual event and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
