In this hands on class, you’ll make a variety of stuffed naan breads with vegetarian stuffings, including one sweet stuffing – a specialty from Kashmir. Your instructor will take you step-by-step through the process of preparing yeast for bread baking, mixing the dough, and rolling and stuffing your naan. This class will teach you about the wide variety of regional cuisines in India, with a focus on North India.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Note: Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat, especially if you’re part of a large group. Food and drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside food and drink are not allowed. 21+ only.
