What’s the point of cooking without a tasty beverage in hand? You’ll never have to find out with this innovative class from Cooking by the Book. First, you’ll begin with a “Big Sips” tasting of beer, wine, or spirits, and then head to the beautiful, modern kitchen where your chef will prepare a delicious tapas meal to pair perfectly with your beverage (you may choose to help the chef with preparations if you like). You’ll then return back to the tasting room to experience the exquisite union of food and beverage. Throughout the experience, your instructor will guide an informative discussion about the history, ingredients, and production techniques of your tasting menu.
