Absolutely perfect in every way. Very chatty and utterly entertaining guide, delicious food, and interesting historical facts about my favorite neighborhood in manhattan (village).
Would totally recommend this to tourists AND New Yorkers. I'm a New Yorker myself and loved loved loved this experience!

RJ was an awesome tour guide!! We were out in 5 degree weather and still had a great time learning about not just how this delicious food is made, but also about the history of Greenwich Village. Would absolutely recommend!

Loved our tour and our guide Curt. Food samples were delicious and plentiful. We learned a lot about the delightful West Village with its tree lined neighborhoods. We will definitely return to restaurants Palma and Raffaele on our own. Curt was charming, funny and knowledgeable. I hope we get him as our guide again.

This trip was well worth it. I could not make any higher of a recommendation. One was able to not only enjoy the many types of food but also learn about the history and architecture of the area. Our guide, Ted, was wonderful. Do not hesitate to take this trip it will be well worth your time.

Expectations were greatly exceeded. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour through Greenwich Village. The explanation of the area was a great accompaniment to the food tastings.

My fiancé and I live in NYC and thought it would be fun to take this tour with my parents who were visiting from out of town. We had a blast. Marie was wonderful and so informative.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide, Heather, was awesome. We learned so much about Greenwich Village & ate way too much! We look forward to touring another neighborhood next time we are in NYC. You will not be disappointed if you book this tour! It is one of the most enjoyable things we have done in the city! :)

My husband and I took the Greenwich Village food tour and it truly exceeded our expectations. In my opinion the only way to experience Greenwich Village is through a food tour as it is so integral to its culture(we had previously taken a non-food tour and there really was no comparison). Our tour guide Bert was just great. It was so evident how much he loves his job and has a real passion for food and the culture of the area. He was very knowledgeable telling us lots of interesting things about the history and culture of the neighbourhood as well as the food. He had lots of time for questions too and really made the tour for us. We never felt rushed at any stage and the tour even ran a little over with Bert checking at the last food stop that this would be fine for everyone. Bert was very prepared with water, napkins etc and had even factored in bathroom breaks! The food experienced was the best and plentiful...it began at 11 and the food kept me going to dinner that evening. You will experience everything! The number on the tour was good...not too big and we had a very friendly group (Bert probably played a part in bringing everyone together!). I cannot recommend this tour enough, it is great value for money and a truly enjoyable, fun experience.

It was raining when we did the tour, but Burt came prepared and it was still a great experience. We expected some food on the way round, but had more than we expected. A variety of restaurants and food shops were included and lots of information on the owners and how the area had developed. We even got in to Cherry Lane theatre, thanks to Burt.

I have taken the Greenwich, and Soho tours. They were fantastic, and I gave them rave reviews. I've introduced many of my family and friends to your tours. However, Nolita, did not match the other two tours. The tour guide Anny, was nice, but we had a very hard time hearing her. The tour could have used a little change. It would have been nicer to end the tour with a cupcake sampler, than to have started with one. The food establishments were ok, but not any I would go back to. The food seemed a little bland, nothing to really write home about. I guess the first two tours really went beyond my expectations, so I was really disappointed with this one. I will be back to do the Chelsea tour, I hope that one has the wow factor of the first two.

We had a great afternoon touring the multiple stops and sampling the LOADS of food from a diverse group of places we would never have visited or seen. Our tour guide was Susan and she was exceptional. Over a week has passed since our tour and I still remember her name because she felt like a friend- just infectious personality. She was soooooo passionate about Greenwich Village- or The Village as she and locals call it.
Every bite was great and the history and passion she had made the food and experience even richer. Next time I'm in NYC I will do a tour again for sure! I've heard the Nolita one is great too!

We went on the Greenwich Village tour this weekend, my mom was visiting from out of town. I loved it! Heather, our tour guide, was perfect and showed us many new gems that I will now revisit again and again!!
